Supronil®
Antistatic agents

These meet the high requirements of international standards.

Product description

Electrostatic charging through contact with floor coverings is caused by low humidity levels, which in the area of electronic equipment can result in serious disruptions. By adding antistatic agents to the precoat compound and/or the finishing bath, these negative effects can be prevented by increasing the surface conductivity and lowering the contact resistance.

The quantity of antistatic agents used depends on the requirements, this being for Supronil® RA 88 approx. 15% of the total coating. The quantity of Supronil® RA 18 used in the precoat and/or in the laminating adhesive is approx. 20-35 g/qm.
