In the form of a plough share mixer by EMT GmbH, Weserland has further increased its capacities in the field of powder mixing.

The mixing technique enables very effective mixing within the shortest time possible (max. 5 minutes). The plough share mixer has a maximum volume of 385l. The minimum formulation volume is approx. 150l.

Combined with a frequency converter, the control enables the individual programming of the mixing time and the rotation speed of the mixer.
This guarantees a homogenous, reproducible mixing quality.

Via two spray heads installed in the mixing compartment, this mixer can also coat the powder surface.

The system is authorised according to ATEX, zone 21. Additionally, where applicable we can inertialise the mixer by adding nitrogen, completely eliminating the need for further explosion prevention measures.
