Technical Lab Expansion
For the focused development of vulcanisation pastes as well as for the feasibility studies of job order grinding on a customer order basis, it is necessary to produce results that are already durable and reproducible during the laboratory and testing stage.
After installing the latest equipments from the company Lehmann, Aalen in the production of vulcanisation pastes and NSF more than one year ago, we have also equipped our technical lab with a bead mill that is proven and tested.
As grinding uses the same technology, the transferability of the results in the so-called Upscale can now take place faster and easier than before.
Thus, we are in the position of carrying out grinding under production conditions with batch sizes above 10 kg. With additional grinding containers, the new technical lab’s bead mill can also cost-effectively produce small batches starting from 100 kg.
We are certain that with this important link between laboratory and serial production, we are one decisive step closer to reaching our goal of quick implementation of customer demands.
